Inside Sales Representative


We need someone to support the Sales Department in increasing the volume of commercial contacts through market prospecting processes in each of the verticals in which Veridas is present or may be present in the future, while supporting the completion of bidding processes and other back office tasks, among which will be responsible for coordinating, ensuring the definition and ensuring compliance with the standards and procedures of the area and the adequacy and updating of the documentation of the same.

Roles & Responsibilities

Among other duties, you will be responsible for:

  • Performing the initial functions of the product sales cycle, with special emphasis on the proactive search for new sales opportunities, in addition to cold door calls, CRM feeding, and follow-up of the leads obtained until their transfer to the sales team.
  • Coordination, follow-up and elaboration, when appropriate, of bidding offers, making sure to gather with all internal agents involved, the information that guarantees the fulfillment of the requirements established in them.
  • Participation in processes of approval of potential clients when required.
  • Collaboration in the definition of standards and procedures of the Commercial Department, ensuring compliance by all team members and ensuring the updating and correction of the documentation of the Area according to them.
  • Monitoring the department’s strategic KPIs in the company’s CRM, updating the tracking dashboards and preparing and maintaining the manual for recording the commercial activity in the tool. Track, manage and report on ongoing sales activity in relation to the Sales Funnel.
  • Timely response and resolution of inbound calls from customers or partners.
  • Active participation in face-to-face and digital marketing actions, and attendance at trade shows and events.
