Talent & Culture Technician


We need a person who believes that Talent is at the heart of organizations, who likes to take care of people and encourage a culture of challenge and collaboration, to fill the position of TALENT AND CULTURE TECHNICIAN.

Functions and main responsibilities

Integrated in the Talent and Culture team and reporting to the Management of this area, he/she will perform the following functions, among others:

  • Recruiting and selection of profiles both locally, nationally and internationally, from the definition of the need to the onboarding of new employees.
  •  Development, implementation and monitoring of training and learning actions, from the design and implementation of traditional training and development plans to the launch and coordination of collaborative learning dynamics.
  •  Support to mid management in the management of the teams of people under their charge.
  • Participation and coordination in improvement projects both transversal to the organization and specific to the department.
  •  Collaboration in the design, implementation and monitoring of initiatives aimed at maintaining and improving the company’s culture: internal and external communication, teambuilding activities, etc.
  • Collaboration with external consulting in the management of labor issues affecting the people who make up the company.

What we are looking for

  • Qualification: Degree/Master’s Degree in Psychology, Law, Labor Relations or similar, with training specialization in the field of Human Resources.
  • Experience: minimum 2 years in similar positions
  • Languages: English C1
  • Valuable technical skills: LinkedIn Recruiter and personnel selection techniques, Training and Learning Plans, experience in internal communication management, performance evaluations, salary policies will be an asset.
  • Attitudes: initiative, teamwork, problem solving, internal customer service orientation, empathy and communication.
