data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>On May 6, 2021, the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation of the Government of Spain published<a href=\"https:\/\/veridas.com\/new-ministerial-order-authorizing-video-identification-for-issuance-of-qualified-electronic-certificates\/\"> Order ETD\/465\/2021<\/a> authorizing Qualified Trust Electronic Service Providers (QTSPs) in Spain to use non-presential identification methods for the issuance of qualified electronic certificates.<\/p><p>This Ministerial Order establishes more than 40 requirements that QTSPs must meet to start using these non-presential video identification tools, which will allow them to speed up the processes of issuing qualified certificates and, thus, increase the demand for this trusted service by a large number of citizens.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-inner-section elementor-element href=\"https:\/\/veridas.com\/veridas-the-first-company-to-accredit-its-technology-for-remote-identity-verification-in-the-spanish-public-administration\/\">Remote video identification tools evaluated by Dekra Testing &amp; Certification<\/a>, according to the requirements established in Annex F.11 of the CCN-STIC-140 guide published by the National Cryptologic Center.
