Esta realidad acelerada de la digitalizaci\u00f3n y el acceso a servicios financieros, abundar\u00e1 en la creaci\u00f3n de negocios, crecimiento econ\u00f3mico y riqueza.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En pa\u00edses con un nivel de inclusi\u00f3n financiera muy elevada como Espa\u00f1a, con un 95% de la poblaci\u00f3n con una cuenta bancaria (seg\u00fan el \u00faltimo y excelente <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.afi-research.es\/InfoR\/descargas\/2057884\/1832181\/Inclusion-Financiera-en-Espana.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">informe de la Consultora espa\u00f1ola AFI<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">), se est\u00e1 creando, sin embargo, una corriente de opini\u00f3n contraria en cuanto a la digitalizaci\u00f3n, en relaci\u00f3n a c\u00f3mo afecta a las personas mayores.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-b7b7f95 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"b7b7f95\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-4a84134\" data-id=\"4a84134\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-38ff158 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"38ff158\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">La digitalizaci\u00f3n de la banca<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-6a6c9c6 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"6a6c9c6\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-9d77f7d\" data-id=\"9d77f7d\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1a20e1d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"1a20e1d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La digitalizaci\u00f3n de la banca espa\u00f1ola (que siempre ha estado, y sigue estando, en cabeza a nivel mundial), donde muchos de los servicios se derivan a un <strong>auto-servicio digital<\/strong>, haciendo redundantes las oficinas f\u00edsicas, est\u00e1 afectando a una parte de la <strong>poblaci\u00f3n menos af\u00edn<\/strong> a las nuevas tecnolog\u00edas, o incluso estando bien formadas en su momento, con <strong>problemas de salud<\/strong> (visi\u00f3n, alzheimer, etc.) que les impiden esa relaci\u00f3n fluida con sus entidades financieras.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La experiencia de usuario, pensada tambi\u00e9n para <strong>nuestros mayores<\/strong>, debe ser una obligaci\u00f3n cuando se dise\u00f1an tecnolog\u00edas. El sistema incluso funciona con dialectos del idioma sin adaptaciones de la misma. En la <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">siguiente entrevista<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> que mantuvimos con <strong>Cynthia M\u00e9ndez<\/strong>, <strong>Directora de Gesti\u00f3n de Pensiones en BBVA M\u00e9xico<\/strong>, ella explica el agradecimiento de los clientes, que <strong>su vida es m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil<\/strong> y que, en definitiva, se piensa en ellos. siempre con la garant\u00eda de contar con tecnolog\u00edas (hardware y software) desarrolladas enteramente en Espa\u00f1a, acreditadas por el <strong>NIST<\/strong> en USA, estando entre las mejores del mundo en su <strong>rendimiento<\/strong> y su <strong>privacidad<\/strong>, y su <strong>m\u00ednimo sesgo por edad, g\u00e9nero y raza<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section
