Sales Development Representative

We are looking for people who are passionate about the commercial world and have the desire to take on an ambitious and challenging commercial challenge to develop the position of: SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE

Roles & Responsibilities

Integrated in the sales team, reporting to the Region’s Sales Director and with the aim of seeking, promoting and closing business opportunities from the strategy set for the Region in the MIDMARKET channel, will be responsible for developing, among others, the following functions:
  • Search for potential customers based on the commercial strategy of the region: outbound prospecting
  • Open new deals from leads, and execute all functions of the sales cycle, from cold calling, demonstration, offer, to negotiation, follow up and closing the deal depending on the deal entity.
  • Record data in the CRM according to instructions received from Customer Success and partners.
  • Support in the preparation of reports, tenders, studies and presentations, as well as supporting all the commercial action derived from the interaction with customers.
  • Participate actively in face-to-face and digital marketing actions, and attend trade fairs and events.

Requirements

We need to incorporate several people to this position: for Spain, Europe and Mexico, with the following characteristics:
  • Qualifications: Degree in Business Administration, Economics or similar, as well as Training in commercial fields.
  • Experience: 1 year in a similar position is desirable
  • Languages: English with a minimum level of C1 or equivalent.
  • Other desirable knowledge: Sales Techniques, CRM
  • Attitudes: Initiative, extroversion, results orientation, teamwork, communication, discipline, honesty, compliance orientation.
  • Other: Willingness to travel
