Introduction
On May 6, 2021, the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation of the Government of Spain published Order ETD/465/2021 authorizing Qualified Trust Electronic Service Providers (QTSPs) in Spain to use non-presential identification methods for the issuance of qualified electronic certificates.
This Ministerial Order establishes more than 40 requirements that QTSPs must meet to start using these non-presential video identification tools, which will allow them to speed up the processes of issuing qualified certificates and, thus, increase the demand for this trusted service by a large number of citizens.
How to comply with Order ETD/465/2021?

- Evidence tampering.
