Our partner in Mexico, Bracox Sistemas de Seguridad, has installed our time and attendance system in their offices to manage their employees’ access and working hours.
Bracox is a company specializing in the security market that guarantees the perfect integration of any solution in the sector. Its catalog of clients includes large companies such as BBVA, Santander, and Codere, among others.
Thanks to our collaboration with this technology partner, more and more Mexican companies are improving their employee experience with our biometric access control.
More and more customers are progressively incorporating our time and attendance system. Recently, it has been installed in a multinational company integrating technologies in the field of Traffic and Transport, Environment and Energy, Telecommunications, and all kinds of industrial processes with more than 3,000 employees. We are proving to be an ideal solution for access management of large and small companies in any sector.
Facial biometrics for time and attendance management for Bracox employees
At Veridas we have developed an employee management solution that optimizes access and time and attendance control.
Our system consists of a facial biometrics terminal installed at the reception of the offices and integrated with a web portal, where the information about the employees’ working day is recorded, and with the access door so that it opens automatically when the employee is recognized.
The clocking-in system allows employees to access their workstations and record their working day with just their faces.
Based on a photo of the employees, they are registered in the system through a private biometric vector, which allows them to enter and clock in automatically without credentials, keys, or cards.
When the employee arrives at the office, they approach the terminal screen, and the terminal not only registers their arrival time on the web portal but also opens the door for them.
Likewise, at the end of the working day, the employee must approach the terminal again and register their departure time.
The web portal consists of comprehensive dashboards that enable real-time analysis and management of all employee clocking and hours worked information.
This way, clocking in and out at work is no longer a manual process and becomes a much more convenient and straightforward activity for Bracox employees. It also represents a significant step forward in human resources management, streamlining and facilitating the control and recording of the working hours of all employees.
"The biometric access control solution for our headquarters in Mexico City has meant, above all, agile access. It is a very convenient solution. You don't need access cards or keys; it is very secure because only registered people have access. The installation of this system has been a before and after in terms of employee access and clocking in".

With the help of Bracox, Veridas continues its expansion in the Mexican market and joins the list of companies already using our employee management system.
State-of-the-art facial biometrics technology
The pillars on which Veridas is building its industry leadership are increasing security, reducing costs, and improving the user experience. We improve security and prevent fraud by introducing biometrics into the access process. We ensure that the person accessing is who they say they are and not just the bearer of a credential, as is currently the case in so many access systems, where the bearer of a credential does not always match the person who holds the right of access. We reduce costs because we avoid issuing hundreds of thousands of physical credentials and save enormous amounts of time in the management and supervision of the doors. And finally, we improve the user experience, providing them with an agile and comfortable passage in which they can enter simply by showing their face.
We operate globally with clients such as Repsol, Acciona, IOM, C.A. Osasuna y Grupo Veramatic among many others and have already facilitated more than 2 million accesses worldwide.
Our technology is manufactured in Spain and is considered one of the best in the world by the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) of the United States, the world’s leading reference in evaluating this type of technology.
