Business Development Manager


We need people who are passionate about the commercial world and have the desire to take on an ambitious and very challenging commercial challenge to develop the position of: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
We are looking for professionals with demonstrable experience in business development and sales of Software SaaS, preferably in the digital identity sector. We need people located in Spain and people located in Mexico.

Roles & Responsibilities

As part of the sales team, reporting to the Sales Director of the region and with the objective of seeking, promoting and closing business opportunities for LARGE COMPANIES AND KEY ACCOUNTS, you will be responsible for developing, among others, the following functions:
  • Search for potential customers based on the strategy set by the Sales Director of the region.
  • Open new agreements from potential customers, and execute all the functions of the sales cycle, from cold calls, demonstration, offer, to negotiation, follow-up and closing of the agreement.
  • Ensure the correct recording of data in the CRM according to instructions received. – Carrying out reports, tenders, studies and presentations, as well as supporting all the commercial action derived from the interaction with customers.
  • Actively participate in face-to-face and digital marketing actions, and attend trade fairs and events.

We need to incorporate several people to this position: professionals located in Spain, as well as professionals located in Mexico, with the following characteristics:
  • Qualifications: Degree in Business Administration, Economics or similar, as well as Professional Training in commercial fields.
  • Experience: minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development of large accounts in SaaS software development companies, digital identity, etc.
  • Desirable skills: Knowledge and demonstrable experience in negotiation and contracting in the field of Public Administrations.
  • Other specific knowledge: Sales techniques, CRM
  • Attitudes: Initiative, extroversion, results orientation, teamwork, communication, discipline, honesty, compliance orientation.
  • Other: Willingness to travel.
