Last week the JW Marriott Hotel in Austin, Texas hosted a new edition of the leading event on innovation in bank branches and commercial banking in the United States, Future Branches. 

Leading representatives from North American financial institutions presented the most relevant success stories, best practices, and future predictions for bank branches and the rest of the financial sector. 

Digital transformation, improving the customer and employee experience, and brand purpose in banking were some of the most recurring themes during the three-day event.
