Business Development Manager – México


We need people who are passionate about the commercial world and have the desire to take on an ambitious commercial challenge to develop the position of BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER in Mexico. We are looking for professionals with experience in business development and sales of Software SaaS, preferably in the digital identity sector, who are settled in Mexico.

Roles & Responsibilities

Integrated in the sales team, reporting to the Sales Director of the Region and with the objective of seeking, promoting and closing business opportunities for LARGE COMPANIES AND KEY ACCOUNTS, you will be responsible for developing, among others, the following functions:
  • Search for potential customers based on the strategy set by the commercial director of the region.
  • Open new deals from leads, and execute all functions of the sales cycle, from cold calling, demonstration, offer, to negotiation, follow up and closing of the deal.
  • Ensure proper recording of data in CRM as per instructions received.
  • Carry out reports, bids, studies and presentations, as well as support all commercial action derived from the interaction with customers.
  • Actively participate in face-to-face and digital marketing actions.

  • Education: degree in Business Administration, Economics or similar, as well as Vocational Training in commercial fields.
  • Languages: English
  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development of large accounts in SaaS software development companies, digital identity, etc. 
  • Desirable skills: Knowledge and demonstrable experience in negotiation and contracting in the field of Public Administrations.
  • Other specific knowledge: Sales techniques, CRM
  • Attitudes: Initiative, extroversion, results orientation, teamwork, communication, discipline, honesty, compliance orientation.
  • Other: To be located in Mexico and willingness to travel.
