Roles & Responsibilities

Integrated in the Product Development team, in the document area and reporting to the Head of this area, you will perform, among others, the following functions:

Design, development, implementation and maintenance of functionalities and product taking into account issues such as performance, scalability or security.
Actively participate in the software development cycle (requirements, design, implementation, testing, maintenance…).
Collaborate with other software developers in the improvement of the team and product, as well as in the dynamics of the same.
Be an active part in code reviews, product documentation, evaluation and test plan, as well as in the improvement of team dynamics and processes.
Work according to the company’s standards and best practices. Working in a team focused on AI-based technologies. Sharing knowledge in a multidisciplinary team.
Product optimization to reduce the computational cost of the company’s products.
Active participation in the strategic definition of the company’s team and technology.

Requirements

If everything you have read fits you, we would like you to meet these requirements:

Qualifications: Higher vocational training/university degree related to the position and functions.
Experience: 2-5 years in similar positions.
Languages: Advanced English, especially written comprehension.
Attitudes: Initiative, proactive, focused on quality, teamwork, problem solving, analytical skills, empathy and communication.
In addition, if you have any of these technical skills that would be great:
- Interest in TDD, building services.
- Experience working with and testing complex products.
- Knowledge of cloud deployment (preferably AWS).
- Experience in Python or other languages such as C# or C++.
- Docker, bash.
- Knowledge of SW development architecture.
- Version control.
- Experience with databases, kibana, grafana…
